Edgewater Drive Complete Street Public Meeting
Come out to advocate for a complete street in College Park! Let's make sure the City of Orlando prioritizes bike and pedestrian infrastructure for this project. After all, bikes mean business for main streets.

Washington Street Improvements Information Session
FDOT is hosting a second information session to discuss planned improvements along Washington Street from OBT to I-4. The proposed project includes 5’ bike lanes throughout, along with speed tables to slow traffic.
The best part of this design is that it provides continuous bike lanes, even through intersections. While the long term goal should be a multiuse path, OBC supports this design as an interim improvement on the existing sub-standard painted shoulder and inconsistent bike lanes.
More information can be found on FDOT’s project webpage: 448789-1 Washington St (SR 526) from Orange Blossom Trail to I-4

Robinson Street Public Meeting
FDOT is hosting a public meeting to discuss the design for improvements along Robinson Street from Mills Ave to Crystal Lake Dr. The plans to not currently show bicycle facilities.
You can attend the meeting virtually or in person. More information about the project can be found on FDOT’s Project Webpage.
FDOT Public Meeting - Orange Avenue (S.R. 527) Improvements
FDOT is hosting a public meeting about improvements to Orange Ave that include the addition of a bike lane.

May the 4th B(ike) with you
OBC has partnered with City of Orlando, Safe Routes to School, Audubon Park School, to host a bike to school day event. Join our bike train starting from Leu Gardens as we travel east on Corrine Drive in a pop-up path.
The parking lane along the north side of Corrine Drive will be converted into a protected path for walking and biking for one-day, giving users an idea of what's to come as part of the long term Corrine Drive project intended to make the area more bicycle and pedestrian friendly. More information can be found in MetroPlan Orlando’s Corrine Drive Study. Click here to learn more about the benefits of Walk Bike & Roll to School Day.
Parking will be impacted from May 3-5. No travel lanes will be closed. Expect increased pedestrian and bicycle activity in the area and always drive with care.
Start: Leu Gardens at 8 a.m.
End: Audubon Park K-8
If you’re not biking to school - be sure to check out the pop-up path sometime before 6pm!
